通过对福建玉业学校1997年校运会男女乙组跳远运动员63人252次试跳的、统计分析,提出了提高跳远踏板准确性的手段和建议。
By means of 252 test jumps of 63 men and women B group long jump athletes in Fujian Jade School in 1997, this paper puts forward the means and suggestions to improve the accuracy of long jump pedal.
