采用XD 工艺在Ti-Al-B体系中可原位自生出亚微米级TiB2 颗粒增强相, 借助高分辨扫描电镜分析了原子尺度上的TiB2P/铝基体界面结构, 并测量了复合材料的高温力学性能。结果表明, 其界面清洁, 匹配理想, 在250℃的抗拉强度、屈服强度、延伸率分别达300MPa, 230MPa, 13% 。
XD process can Ti-Al-B system in situ generation of sub-micron TiB2 particle reinforced phase, with high-resolution scanning electron microscopy analysis of the atomic scale TiB2P / aluminum matrix interface structure, and measured the high temperature mechanical properties of composites performance. The results show that the interface is clean and the matching is ideal. The tensile strength, yield strength and elongation at 250 ℃ are respectively 300MPa, 230MPa and 13%.
