目的探讨小儿肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)与机体免疫功能的关系。方法 36例MPP患儿作为观察组,40例体检健康儿童作为对照组,在MPP急性期和恢复期分别检测体液免疫功能[免疫球蛋白(Ig)G、Ig A、Ig M、补体C3、C4]和细胞免疫功能(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+),并将两组检测结果进行对比分析。结果在急性期和恢复期,观察组Ig G、Ig A均低于对照组,C3高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MPP患儿存在细胞免疫和体液免疫失调,检测T细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白、补体的变化,有利于判断临床治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the relationship between Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP) and immune function in children. Methods Thirty-six children with MPP were selected as the observation group and 40 healthy children as the control group. The humoral immune function (immunoglobulin G, Ig A, Ig M, complement C3, C4 ] And cellular immune function (CD3 +, CD4 +, CD8 +, CD4 + / CD8 +), and compare the two test results. Results The levels of Ig G, Ig A in the observation group were lower than those in the control group in the acute phase and recovery phase, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The levels of CD3 +, CD4 +, CD4 + / CD8 + Control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions There are cellular and humoral immune disorders in children with MPP. The changes of T cell subsets, immunoglobulins and complement may be helpful to judge the effect of clinical treatment.
