1资料与方法自2006-05至2007-06,作者在应用其他常规导管引导导丝穿越室间隔缺损失败的情况下采用三维右冠状动脉造影导管(3DRC)引导导丝成功建立动静脉轨道完成室缺封堵术,现就5例初步经验报告如下。5例患者(男2例、女3例),年龄20.2±12.8(8～41)岁。心电图:4例左心室高电压或电轴左偏、右束支传导阻滞1例、窦性心律不齐1例。X线胸片:肺血均轻度增多,肺动脉段突
