某单位一台日产D80A-12型推土机,在1989年4月由于使用本省××市生产的所谓14~#中档压机油,仅运行7天便发生烧瓦断轴事故。经调查分析,原因纯属用油不当所致。通过化验,这种机油实有粘度仅11.8(100℃10~(-6)m~2/s),而标准的14~#中档压机油的运动粘度应为12.5~16.3,两者相差1~4.5(100℃10~(-0)m~2/s)之多。因运动粘度低,造成发动机在高温摩擦表面上不易形成足够厚的油膜,曲轴主轴承、连杆轴承、凸轮轴轴承得不到正常的润滑,形成半干摩擦,使摩擦副之间发热,导致轴承合金脱落,发生烧瓦断轴。
