本文研究了台阶截面环件轧制中轴向体积流动和壁厚拉缩规律 ,阐明了其轧制成形原理和工艺设计原理 ,建立了相应的工艺设计方法 ,并用于轧制生产工艺设计
In this paper, the law of axial volumetric flow and wall thickness shrinkage during ring rolling of stepped section ring was studied. The principle of rolling forming and the principle of process designing were expounded. The corresponding process designing method was established and used in the design of rolling production process
