一、数学美的主要内容数学美的主要内容有五个方面:简单性,对称性,相似性,和谐型(或统一性),奇异性。简单性是数学美的本质之一。德国数学家希尔伯特指出:“把证明的简单性和严格性绝然对立起来是错误的严格的方法同时也是比较简单、比较容易理解的方法。”例如,在数学发展史上,对数计算方法的产生和二进数学的研究及其在计算机上的应用,就是由于追求计算的简单而发现的。对称性是指组成某一事物或对象的两个部分的对等性。在数学解题方面,对称方法和反射方法往往使问题解决的过程简洁明快。这就是对称美的具体体现。
