Benign juvenile melanoma (SpitZ恁) is now classified as a melanocyte benign tumor in peripheral nerve tissue. It is rare in clinical practice. The vast majority occur in children and occasionally in adults. Although palatalgia is a benign and substantive lesion, its morphology is often very similar to that of malignant melanoma. The identification is quite difficult and it is often misdiagnosed. Some people call this a pseudo-melanoma, m mountain. m advise
