本文介绍如何用流动电位法测定粘土的ζ电位。引进传导系数α(α=K_b/K+βK_s)后,使表达式E_s=PDζ/4πη(K+βK_s)应用于土壤中所遇到的困难得到了克服。文中对系数α的物理意义及其确定法作了说明。重塑钠高岭土的试验结果表明,只有在电解质浓度高于0.1N的条件下,计算ζ电位时方可不计及表面电导的作用。因此对于一般的天然土壤,本文提供的方法更具有现实意义。
This article describes how to determine the zeta potential of clays using the flow potential method. After introducing the conductivity coefficient α (α=K_b/K+βK_s), the difficulties encountered in applying the expression E_s=PDζ/4πη(K+βK_s) to the soil are overcome. The physical meaning of the coefficient α and its determination method are explained in this paper. The results of the remodeling of sodium kaolin indicate that the effect of surface conductance cannot be accounted for when calculating the zeta potential only if the electrolyte concentration is higher than 0.1N. Therefore, for the general natural soil, the method provided in this paper has more practical significance.
