地点:北京市工艺美术学校 策划者、组织者:北京市工艺美术学校艺术设计理论研究室 梁梅(研讨会策划人主持人北京工艺美术学校艺术设计理论研究室讲师):我一直在设计院校从事设计史和设计理论的教学和研究工作。在工作中深感这一领域的理论研究太薄弱。一方面是一些学校教育重视不够,另一方面是缺少人关注。在学校领导的支持下,我们策划组织了此次研讨会。今天把设计界、艺术理论界和文化界的人士请来,是想请大家对这一领域的理论建树有所关注。 屠舜耘(北京工艺美术学校校长):这次研讨会是我校四十年校庆活动中一个十分重要的内容,它对我校建校四十年来所走过的道路,尤其是对我校走上艺术设计教育道路寻求一次理论上的提高和指导。我校最近新成立了艺术设计理论研究室,目的就是要通过这个研究室提高学校艺术设计的教育理论水平,进而指导我们的教学建设。这次研讨会的题目实际上是我校近十五年来办学思想、办学宗旨上思考的一些问题。希望听取理论家们的意见。在改革开放之后,从工艺美术到艺术设计在内涵上有了实质性的变化,我们也是在实践中不断摸索和寻求学校自身的发展方

Deep theoretical research in this area of work is too weak. On the one hand, some schools pay insufficient attention to education, on the other hand, they lack people’s attention. With the support of school leaders, we organized the seminar. Today, I invite the designers, theorists of the arts and the people of the cultural world to come and pay attention to the theoretical achievements in this field. Tu Shun Yun (President of Beijing Arts and Crafts School): This seminar is a very important part of our 40-year anniversary celebration. It has taken the path we have seen in our school for 40 years, especially for our school Art Design Education Road to seek a theoretical improvement and guidance. Our school recently set up a new art design theory laboratory, the purpose is to improve the school art design education theory level through this research room, and then guide our teaching. The topic of this seminar is actually some questions that my school has thought about during the past 15 years of running school and the purpose of running a school. Hope to hear the views of theorists. After the reform and opening up, from the arts and crafts to the artistic connotation of the design has been a substantive change, we are constantly exploring in practice and seeking the development of the school itself
