2000年宁波市劳动和社会保障工作的重点是:理顺企业与职工的劳动关系、出台并实施医疗保险制度改革方案、完善社会保障体系、加快劳动力市场化进程。一、理顺企业与职工劳动关系 1.根据甬政发[2000]34号《批转市劳动局关于市属企业理顺劳动关系的若干意见》精神,研究制订实施细则并尽快出台实施。同时对市属行业和各县(市)、区理顺劳动关系工作的情况进行调查汇总,掌握情况,确定工作重点。
