小学生课业负担过重的问题一直受到各界广泛关注。主科课程安排较多、教学内容偏深、作业数量较大、学习竞争压力较大是学生课业负担过重最直接的原因。究其问题,深层原因是当下课程改革与管理较为薄弱,教育评价机制过于单一,教师的专业水平较低,教育优质资源不均衡,传统人才观存在偏差。为扭转小学生课业负担过重的现状,需切实促进义务教育学校均衡优质发展,推进教育质量综合评价改革,提高教学效益,建立健全相关制度。
The problem of overburdening schoolchildren has drawn wide attention from all walks of life. The main courses are arranged more, teaching content is deep, a large number of operations, learning competition is a large pressure on the students the burden of the most direct reason. The deep reason is that the current curriculum reform and management are weak, the education evaluation mechanism is too simple, the professional level of teachers is low, the educational quality resources are not balanced and the traditional talent view is biased. In order to reverse the current situation of pupils’ overburdening of their schoolwork, it is necessary to effectively promote a balanced and high-quality development of compulsory education schools, promote the reform of the comprehensive evaluation of educational quality, raise the teaching effectiveness, and establish and improve relevant systems.
