人类补体C2、Bf、C4A、C4B基因位于人类第6号染色体短臂上,居HLA-Ⅰ、Ⅱ类基因之间,所组成的单倍型称补体型。补体型与其连锁不平衡的HLA-B、DR座位等位基因所组成的单倍型称HLA扩展单倍型。这一概念与其它几个概念如HLA-补体单倍型、超型、HLA祖传单倍型等既有区别又有联系。近年发现HLA扩展单倍型的研究在寻找某些疾病易感基因、器官移植配型以及人类源流研究方面都能提供极有价值的信息。本文就这方面的研究情况作一综述。
The human complement C2, Bf, C4A and C4B genes are located on the short arm of human chromosome 6 and occupy the HLA-Ⅰ and Ⅱ genes. The haplotype formed by this gene is called complement type. Haplotypes and their linkage disequilibrium HLA-B, DR seat haplotype composed of haplotype called HLA expansion haplotype. This concept is related to several other distinctions such as HLA-complement haplotypes, supertypes and HLA ancestry haplotypes. In recent years, the discovery of HLA-expanded haplotypes can provide valuable information in the search for genes susceptible to certain diseases, organotyping and human origin. This article reviews the research in this area.
