试验表明 ,用 3个类型保松灵在松树不同部位作低量喷雾能有效地抑制松材线虫病危害。喷洒保松灵的松树平均枯死率为 2 31% ,比对照区松树平均枯死率 36 3%净降 34% ,经频率差异检验 ,U =16 5>U0 0 1=2 58,达到极显著水平。这个结果优于日本松材线虫病地面喷雾主药MEP在象山试验的结果 ,而且用水量只为日本药的 1/ 10 ,平均每公顷农药成本只为日本药的 1/ 38。
Experiments show that the use of three types of Paul pine in different parts of the spray for a low dose can effectively inhibit the pine wilt disease hazards. The average mortality of pine trees sprayed with borax was 231%, which was 34% lower than the average mortality rate of 36.3% of the pine trees in the control area. After the frequency difference test, U = 16 5> U0 0 1 = 2 58 reached the most significant level . This result is superior to the results of the Xiangshan test conducted by the MEP, a top sprayed Japanese pineworm nematode spray, and the water consumption is only 1/10 of that of Japanese medicines. The average pesticide cost per hectare is only 1/38 of that of Japanese medicines.
