当前,国有企业正处在改革与发展的攻坚阶段和关键时期,面对新形势、新任务提出的新要求,提高企业领导班子的决策水平,尤显重要和紧迫。那么,怎样才能提高企业领导班子的决策水平呢?笔者认为主要应当从以下几个方面努力: (一)必须正确处理好民主与集中的关系,真正实行民主基础上的集中和集中指导下的民主。一是企业领导班子成员必须坚持“集体领导、民主集中、个别酝酿、会议决定”的领导方法,必须坚持个人服从组织,少数服从多数,下级组织服从上级的组织原则,并以此作为必须遵守的组织纪律来约束自己。坚决克服个人主义、
