本文通过对56条下肢深静脉顺行造影及7条经皮腘静脉插管造影检查的资料分析,认为下肢深静脉顺行造影是检查下肢静脉病变的重要方法。而腘静脉插管造影是定位检查下肢深静脉瓣膜功能的最佳手段。同时可以弥补顺行造影的不足之处。二者配合检查,是对下肢静脉病变合理科学的检查方法与程序。
In this paper, 56 deep venous angiography and 7 percutaneous intravenous catheterization angiography data analysis, that the lower extremity antegrade angiography is an important method to check the lower extremity venous disease. The 腘 vein catheterization is the best way to locate the function of deep venous valves in lower extremities. At the same time can make up for the lack of parallel imaging. The two with the check, is a reasonable scientific examination of venous lesions and procedures.
