从今年4月开始,中纪委选择5个省和3个部委对查办腐败案件体制机制改革进行试点。从试点情况看,各试点省和部委纪委落实“两个责任”意识进一步增强,“转职能、转方式、转作风”要求进一步贯彻落实,线索处置进一步规范,查办案件的工作力度进一步加大,“抓早抓小”要求进一步落实,试点工作取得阶段性成果。据统计,今年4月至7月,8个试点单位共初核案件26,125件,同比增长25.1%;立案21,856件,同比增长18.6%。
