1 临床资料1.1一般资料 我院 1996— 2 0 0 1年共收治卵巢内胚窦瘤 4例。年龄 15～ 2 2岁。ⅠＣ2例 ,肿瘤体积分别为 12ｃｍ× 11ｃｍ× 11ｃｍ、8ｃｍ× 7ｃｍ× 6ｃｍ。术前血甲胎蛋白 (ＡＦＰ) 4 0 0～5 0 0ｎｇ/ｍｌ。Ⅲｂ1例术前无ＡＦＰ值。 1例系外院术后转入未能分期
1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information Our hospital from 1996 to 2001 were treated 4 cases of ovarian endodermal sinus tumor. Age 15 ~ 2 2 years old. ⅠC2 cases, tumor volume were 12cm × 11cm × 11cm, 8cm × 7cm × 6cm. Preoperative blood alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) 400 ~ 500ng / ml. Ⅲ b1 cases without preoperative AFP value. One case of outside the hospital after surgery failed to staging
