管理哲学与马克思主义哲学之间的多层次的“内质”关系是中国化学术语境中管理哲学研究的特有现象。当管理哲学创建时从包括基本界定、体系构建等言说模式上倒向了马克思主义哲学,其实质是从逻辑理路、思维方式上倒向了马克思主义哲学;管理哲学在如何处理其理论特质中的批判与建构关系时,马克思的思想经历对其有所启发;管理哲学需要处理其学术化取向与意识形态取向之间的关系问题,而中国化马克思主义哲学的研究者在这方面的积极探索,给管理哲学研究者提供了借鉴。
The multi-level “endogeneity ” relationship between management philosophy and Marxist philosophy is a peculiar phenomenon of the study of management philosophy in Chinese academic context.
