一、煤炭资源回收情况分析山西煤炭资源储量丰富、煤种齐全、煤质优良,是我国主要的煤炭基地。由于近几年在“大矿大开、小矿放开,有水快流、强化开采”的办矿方针指导下,对煤炭生产过程中的资源管理有所放松,使煤炭资源破坏损失严重,煤炭资源回收率普遍低于国家技术政策规定的指标。煤炭工业技术政策对矿井的采区回采率要求是:薄煤层不低于85%,中厚煤层不低于80%,厚煤层不低于75%,水力采煤不低于70%。
