我院1979年元月至1980年9月,应用不同剂量芫花醇注射液引产402例,现将临床结果作一初步总结。给药途径及剂量采用鹤壁市人民医院生产的芫花醇注射液,1毫升含生药1克,该药液系由酒精提取,对局部组织刺激较大,本组绝大部分采用经腹羊膜腔内注射,注射时用蒸馏水稀释。第一阶段1979年元月15日～8月15日,注射量1.5克,共80例(以下作为第一组)。第二阶段1979年8月16日～1980年4月
