随着市场经济的快速发展和国有企业股份制改革的不断深入,企业的生产经营方式、员工的思想理念和价值观取向等都发生了深刻的变化,企业员工的思想政治工作受到了极大的挑战。本文阐述了股份制企业思想政治工作现状,并就如何做好股份制企业的思想政治工作进行了积极探索。
With the rapid development of market economy and the continuous deepening of shareholding system reform of state-owned enterprises, profound changes have taken place in the mode of production and operation of enterprises as well as the ideological concepts and values of employees. Employees' ideological and political work has been greatly challenged. This article elaborates the status quo of ideological and political work in joint-stock enterprises and makes active exploration on how to do ideological and political work in joint-stock enterprises.
