目的分析研究汕头市第三人民医院2012~2013年肺结核患者结核分枝杆菌耐药性。方法对汕头市第三人民医院2012~2013年收集的结核分枝杆菌用WHO推荐的比例法进行异烟肼(H)、利福平(R)、链霉素(S)、乙胺丁醇(E)、左氧氟沙星(Lfx)、丙硫异烟胺(Pto)、卷曲霉素(Cm)、丁胺卡那(Am)、对氨基水杨酸(PAS)和卡那霉素(Km)的耐药性检测。结果2012年458株结核分枝杆菌中有135株耐药,总耐药率为29.5%(135/458);耐多药(MDR)率为14.4%(66/458)。耐单药顺位从高到低依次为H、S、R、E、Lfx、Pto、Cm、Am、PAS和Km。2013年582株结核分枝杆菌中有198株耐药,总耐药率为34.0%(198/582);耐多药(MDR)率为16.1%(94/582)。耐单药顺位从高到低依次为S、H、R、E、Lfx、Km、Cm、Am、PAS和Pto。结论结核分枝杆菌的耐药率仍然较高,临床应加强监测,指导防控工作和临床合理用药。
Objective To analyze the drug resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis from 2012 to 2013 in Shantou Third People’s Hospital. Methods Mycobacterium tuberculosis collected by Shantou No.3 People’s Hospital from 2012 to 2013 was treated with isoniazid (H), rifampicin (R), streptomycin (S), ethambutol (E), levofloxacin (Lfx), Pto, Capreomycin (Cm), Amikacin (Am), p-aminosalicylic acid (PAS) and kanamycin Drug resistance test. Results In 2012, 135 out of 458 Mycobacterium tuberculosis strains were resistant, with a total resistance rate of 29.5% (135/458) and a multidrug resistance (MDR) rate of 14.4% (66/458). The order of resistance to monotherapy was H, S, R, E, Lfx, Pto, Cm, Am, PAS and Km from high to low. 198 strains of 582 M.tuberculosis strains were resistant in 2013, with a total resistance rate of 34.0% (198/582). The MDR rate was 16.1% (94/582). Anti-monogynous cis to descending order of S, H, R, E, Lfx, Km, Cm, Am, PAS and Pto. Conclusion Mycobacterium tuberculosis resistance rate is still high, clinical monitoring should be strengthened to guide the prevention and control work and clinical rational use of drugs.
