罗伯特·布莱克(Robert Rogers Blake,1918.01.21—2004.06.20),出生于马萨诸塞州的布鲁克林,1941年获得弗吉尼亚大学心理学硕士学位,1947年获得德克萨斯大学哲学博士学位,随后成为该校的心理学教授。他是前科学方法(Scientific Methods)公司总裁,1997年退休后,他把公司卖给方格(Grid)国际公司,并继续担任该公司顾问。他曾为许多大学、政府单位、《财富》500强公司担任顾问,是一名在管理和组织发展领域开展应用行为科学研究的倡导者、美国应用心理学家。
Robert Rogers Blake (1918.01.21-2004.06.20), born in Brooklyn, Massachusetts, received a master’s degree in psychology from the University of Virginia in 1941 and a Ph.D. in philosophy from the University of Texas in 1947, School psychology professor. He was President of Scientific Methods and after his retirement in 1997, he sold the company to Grid International and continued as an advisor to the company. He has consulted with numerous universities, government agencies, Fortune 500 companies and is an advocate of applied behavioral science in the field of management and organizational development. He is an Applied Applied Psychologist in the United States.
