早期学校卫生工作主要体现在医疗保健服务,校医成了小伤小病和转诊的医务工作者,充分体现生物医学模式特征。随着生物、心理、社会医学模式出现,学校教学、生活和环境卫生监督以及医学监测,学生常见病防治任务逐步纳入学校卫生工作范畴。于是校医又多了一个帮手——保健教师。应当肯定,这一发展过程对促进学生健康体质起了极其重要的作用。但我们也开始注意到,学生体质形态、机能指标,健康监测指标,常见病发病指标在动态静止中的徘徊状况;忽视集体教育中
Early school health work mainly reflected in the health care services, school doctors became a minor injury and referral of medical workers, fully embodies the characteristics of the biomedical model.
