多年来,外语教学界的一些同志,总是自觉或不自觉地夸大母语在学习外语过程中的负迁移(即干扰),很少注意到母语在学习外语过程中的正迁移(即促进),致使外语教学法的研究和试验方面,缺少新的突破。。笔者根据数十年来学外语和教外语的亲身体会,结合所见所闻,就此谈谈个人的一些不同认识,作为向专家们请求指教的一个机会。
