总路綫、大跃进、人民公社的光輝旂帜,把我国引到了一个新的时代。去年全国人民在党的八届八中全会的精神鼓舞下,胜利地实現了提前三年完成第二个五年计划主要指标的战斗任务。为了在今年新的历史时期中取得更大更好的成就,我們药学工作者必须坚持党的領导、政治掛帅,反透右倾,鼓足干勁,继續跃进。过去几年来,全国药学工作者在党的领导下,解放思想,破除迷信,大搞技术革新,作出了不少贡献,对推动生产、推动医药衛生事業的前进起了一定作用。我刊过去以及本期發表的许多篇以工具改革为中心的技术革新方面的文章,就是全国药学工作者解放思想、大胆創造的丰收果实。在这个胜利基础上,今后还必須进一步地大搞以技术革命和技术革新为中心的群众运动,使手工操作机械化半机械化,配套成龙,实现生产連续化,节約劳动力,提高生产率,保証我們今年光荣任务的胜利完成,以出色的成績迎接今年六月全国文教战綫群英大会的召开。
