用现代教育论观点来看.素质是以先天禀赋为基础,在后天的环境和教育影响下,通过个人的认识和社会实践,养成相对稳定的身心发展的基本品质。素质教育的目标是提高全体学生的基本素质,要充分开发学生的潜能,不仅要使学生思想品德素质、文化科学素质、劳动素质、身体素质和心理素质全面发展,而且要使每一个学生得到充分、自由、和谐的发展。本文就在小学数学教学中如何提高课堂效率(效益),促进学生素质和谐发展谈谈几点体会。
