The thermal power construction company of Hunan Province implemented internal budget contract management in the Xiangtan Power Plant project. They did the following work: the preparation of the internal construction drawing budget; the formulation of various cost indicators; the establishment of an accounting system; and the improvement of internal quotas. got a good result.
