安保条约美日在年初签署的安保条约,首次共同声明对台海安全问题的承诺,是东亚外交的一大变化。美国对台湾问题一直采取模糊政策。这一来是给自己留有余地,二来也是认识到台湾问题的复杂性,对中国人在这个问题上的民族感情有所顾忌。
The security treaty signed by the United States and Japan at the beginning of the year and the joint declaration for the first time on the security issues in the Taiwan Strait are a major change in East Asian diplomacy. The United States has always adopted a vague policy on the Taiwan issue. This is to leave room for themselves. Secondly, it is also aware of the complexity of the Taiwan issue and is concerned about the Chinese people’s national feelings on this issue.
