从协同视角出发分析虚拟团队知识共享中的协同要素,论证知识协同是实现虚拟团队知识共享的核心手段,归纳出虚拟团队知识共享的流程,并在此基础上提出面向知识共享的虚拟团队知识协同模型。
From the perspective of coordination, this paper analyzes the collaborative elements in the knowledge sharing of virtual teams and proves that knowledge collaboration is the core means to realize the knowledge sharing of virtual teams. The process of knowledge sharing of virtual teams is concluded. Based on this, the knowledge-sharing virtual team knowledge coordination model.
