以信息管理为视角,通过宏观“网络”与微观“网络社区”两个层面,对网络社区中信息交流的特点,信息交流对网络社区的意义等问题展开深入思考与探讨。从虚拟社会角度提出了基于哈耶克理论构建网络社区信息交流规则体系的原则和办法,并借助对网络社区信息交流规则的研究,达到理顺网络社区的秩序,为网络社区管理提供决策服务。
From the perspective of information management, through the macroscopic “network ” and microcosm “network community ” two levels, the characteristics of information exchange in the network community, the significance of information exchange on the network community and other issues in-depth thinking and discussion. From the perspective of virtual society, this article puts forward the principles and methods of constructing the rules system of information exchange in online communities based on Hayek’s theory. With the help of the research on the rules of information exchange in online communities, the order of online communities can be straightened out and decision-making services can be provided for the management of online communities.
