本文收集我院1986年～1990年已确诊的休克型肺炎12例作为观察组,采用中西医结合治疗方法;另设对照组12例采用西医治疗.观察组12例中男9例,女3例,平均年龄32.8岁,病变部位:右肺中叶6例,下叶4例,左肺下叶2例.休克程度:中度休克9例,重度休克3例.对照组:男9例,女3例,平均年龄30.8岁;病变部位:右肺中叶8例,上叶1例,左肺上叶1例,下叶2例;休克程度:中度休克10例,重度休克2例.
In this paper, 12 cases of shock pneumonia diagnosed in our hospital from 1986 to 1990 were selected as the observation group and treated with combination of TCM and Western medicine, and 12 cases in the control group were treated with western medicine. There were 9 males and 3 females in the observation group , The average age was 32.8 years old, the lesion site: the middle of the right lung in 6 cases, the lower lobe in 4 cases, the left lower lobe in 2 cases.Status of shock: moderate shock in 9 cases, severe shock in 3. Control group: 9 males and 3 females Cases, the average age of 30.8 years; lesions: right middle lung in 8 cases, 1 case of upper lobe, left upper lobe in 1 case, lower lobe in 2 cases; shock level: moderate shock in 10 cases, severe shock in 2 cases.
