The use of lactoperoxidase to catalyze the iodization of the Schistosoma japonicum surface membrane has previously been applied to the Schistosoma japonicum membrane study, which the author has further observed. The observation with optical microscope and electron microscope showed that the iodine was concentrated on the surface of the parasites after iodination by this method, and the intestinal tract of schistosome did not iodide. However, only 43% of 125 iodine was removed by conventional schistosome striping, indicating that 57% of 125 iodine was bound to the parasite.
