孤独、苦闷、自卑、迷惘、厌倦、无兴趣等压抑心态,经常表现在大学入口阶段适应期的大一新生身上。来自多元价值观的矛盾冲突,由“专”到“通”的人才培养模式转变及相关学业竞争焦虑、强烈独立意识与实际自立能力的反差、就业形势的压力、家庭经济贫富背景的鸿沟,均能诱发大一新生的压抑心态。调适疏导的关键在于:创造条件以缩短“陌生”的大学入口阶段适应期;重构彰显个性化的生活学习目标;提供丰富多彩的校内外活动机会;密切师生之间的关系;提高学生的理论函养。
