近年来使用的新物理疗法——超音频电流(THЧ)疗法,能改善组织代谢,有抗炎、消肿、解痉、镇痛和局部杀菌作用。作者研究THЧ治疗牙周组织炎症的效果,观察76例患者,男12例,女64例,年龄19岁～50岁。慢性卡他性龈炎22例,轻度牙周炎25例,中度牙周炎29例。都进行口腔卫生训练,洁治,按适应症作刮治术。用THЧ-10-1型治疗器进行THЧ疗法,剂量:龈炎用3W,牙周炎用4W～5W。玻璃电极直径7mm～10mm,沿上下颌牙槽突移动10分钟,每日或隔日治疗1次,疗程10次。对照组35例(慢性卡他性龈炎10例,轻度牙周炎13例,中度牙周炎12例),只进行口腔卫生训练和洁治。
The new physical therapy used in recent years, THICH, improves tissue metabolism with anti-inflammatory, swelling, antispasmodic, analgesic and topical antiseptic properties.
