去年8月20日,国家十一部委联合下发了《关于加快发展城市社区卫生服务的意见》,其中提出:打破部门垄断和所有制等界限,鼓励企业事业单位、社会团体、个人等社会力量多方举办社区卫生服务机构,健全社区卫生服务网络,并鼓励部分国有中、小型医疗机构转制为民办社区卫生服务机构,或实行国有民营。
On August 20 last year, the 11 national ministries and commissions jointly issued the “Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Community Health Services in Cities”, which proposed that: Breaking the boundaries of sectoral monopolies and ownership, encourage the social forces of enterprises, institutions, social organizations, individuals, etc. Organize community health service agencies, improve the community health service network, and encourage some state-owned small and medium-sized medical institutions to be transformed into private community health service agencies or state-owned private enterprises.
