高校作为培养社会主义事业建设者和接班人的重要阵地,不仅承担着当代大学生知识教育任务,同时还肩负着培养未来党的各级干部的特殊历史使命。因此,冷静分析当前大学生党建工作现状,扎实做好新时期大学生党建工作,对培养合格的后备干部队伍、为我党补充新鲜血液、夯实我党执政能力的根基、确保社会主义事业后继有人是十分必要的。
As an important front for fostering the builders and successors of the socialist cause, colleges and universities not only undertake the task of knowledge education for contemporary college students, but also shoulder the special historic mission of training the cadres at all levels in the future. Therefore, we should calmly analyze the current situation of party building among university students, do a good job in party building among university students in the new era, and make a thoroughgoing effort to cultivate qualified contingent cadres, supplement fresh blood for our party, consolidate the foundation of our party’s governing capabilities, and ensure that the successors to the cause of socialism are very promising necessary.
