第三章国际合资企业的投资合资企业的组织形式为有限责任公司。合营各方认缴出资额,作为各自的股本,组成股权式的合资。合营各方对合资企业的经济责任以认缴的出资额为限。举办合资企业,要求获得良好的经济效益,即投入少,收益多。这就要首先弄清合资企业投资概念、投资总额构成、投资比例、技术作价等问题。
