本文的研究目的在于验证日本血吸虫成虫靶抗原Sj23与小鼠杂交瘤衍生IgG2a抗体(称为I134)之间的免疫反应。作者使用门脉冲洗法自感染的小鼠或家兔取得日本血吸虫,用作试验材料。将取自感染小鼠的血吸虫成虫用3种方法进行标记。①培养于含~(35)S-蛋氨酸的培养基中以生物合成的方法对虫体蛋白质进行标记;②按Handman等(1981)所介绍的方法,在存有乳过氧化物酶(LPO)的条件下用~(125)碘标记虫体;③使用Bolton和Hunter(1973)所介
The purpose of this study was to validate the immune response between adult antigen Sj23 of Schistosoma japonicum and mouse hybridoma-derived IgG2a antibody (called I134). The authors obtained Schistosoma japonicum from mice or rabbits infected with the portal vein using a portal flush and used as a test material. Adult Schistosoma japonicum taken from infected mice was labeled by 3 methods. (1) Culture the parasite proteins by biosynthesis in culture media containing ~ (35) S-methionine; ② According to the method described by Handman et al.
