我们应用本教研组建立的L6565病毒性淋巴细胞性白血病第六十五代小鼠组织制成的无细胞滤液,注射给本教研组自行繁殖的沪自1号(SW—Ⅰ)纯系新生乳鼠,诱发产生白血病后,将其脾脏做成悬液注射SW—Ⅰ纯系成年小鼠,成功地得到一株可移植性白血病(代号LS—783)。迄今已传至29代。
We apply the cell-free filtrate from the 65th generation of L6565 viral lymphocytic leukemia tissue established by this research group and inject it into the neonatal neonatal rat of SW-Ⅰ (SW-Ⅰ) After induced leukemia, the spleen was made into a suspension and injected into SW-I pure-line adult mice to successfully obtain a transplantable leukemia (code LS-783). Has passed to 29 generations.
