本刊分上下两期,对《建设项目职业卫生“三同时”监督管理暂行办法》重点条款施行的基本原则和重点内容进行了解读。上期着重介绍了相关单位的法律责任和职业病防护设施现场竣工验收的具体规定。本期着重介绍需细化、明确的具体内容和要求;加强建设项目施工过程中的职业病危害防治工作;规范建设项目职业卫生监管工作这几项内容。
This issue is divided into two phases, the basic principles and key contents of the implementation of the key provisions of the “three simultaneous” “supervision and management of construction projects Occupational Health”.
