弹指一挥间,从事历史教学工作已八年有余了。初为人师,对一切都懵懵懂懂。原本少言寡语、性格内向的我,却要面对无数双眼睛,以“说话”为职业,确实是个不小的挑战。但我战胜了自己,并养成了一种进取精神,也深深懂得了自强不息的意义。记得刚进校那学期讲汇报课,倒是讲得流畅,但现在回想起来,那却是一次大失败。满堂灌、照本宣科……不一而足。到第三学年讲公开课,依然没有质的气跃。真正拉开自己教学水平、教育观念等距离的是2002年先后在全市和省上参加的优质课竞赛均获一等奖。那既是对自己以往努力及教学新观念的肯定,同时也鼓舞了我继续创新的勇气。 It has been more than eight years since he was engaged in teaching history.
