三树立和维护宪法的权威是全社会的一项共同事业。宪法第五条规定:“一切国家机关和武装力量、各政党和各社会团体、各企业事业组织都必须遵守宪法和法律。一切违反宪法和法律的行为,必须予以追究。”“任何组织或者个人都不得有超越宪法和法律的特权。”只有全社会各个方面都自觉遵守宪法,严格按照宪法规定办事,并长期坚持下去,宪法的权威才能真正树立起来,依法治国才有坚实的基础。首先,作为执政党的中国共产党要带头树立和维护宪法权威。

Article 5 of the Constitution stipulates: “All state organs and armed forces, all political parties and all social organizations and enterprises and institutions must abide by the Constitution and laws, and all violations of the Constitution and laws must be investigated.” No organization or individual may have the privilege of transcending the Constitution and the law. “” Only when all sectors of society consciously abide by the Constitution, act strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution, and persist in it for a long period of time can the constitutional authority truly be established and the state can be ruled by law basis. First of all, the Chinese Communist Party, as the ruling party, should take the lead in establishing and safeguarding constitutional authority.
