对液压系统来说,它的工作压力愈稳定愈好。可是,由于液压泵不可避免地存在着流量的脉动(如图1和表1所示),所以导致系统的工作压力不够稳定。为了减少或消除这些压力脉动,一般都在液压系统中增加一个蓄能器(图3)。本文对蓄能器吸收系统中压力脉动进行理论分析后,提出选择蓄能器的理论公式,供科技工作者参考。(一)无蓄能器的液压系统分析如图2所示是一个无蓄能器的液压系统。该系统在稳定工作时Q=Q_R+Q_T。设已知节
The hydraulic system, the more stable the better its working pressure. However, due to the unavoidable pulsation of the hydraulic pump (as shown in Figure 1 and Table 1), the working pressure of the system is not stable enough. To reduce or eliminate these pressure pulsations, an accumulator is typically added to the hydraulic system (Figure 3). In this paper, the theoretical analysis of pressure pulsation in the accumulator absorption system is made, and the theoretical formula for selecting the accumulator is proposed for the reference of scientists and technicians.
