选择性激光烧结(Selective Laser Sintering,SLS)是增材制造技术的一个重要分支。选择性激光烧结所用原材料是决定SLS工艺成功与否的最基本因素,影响着成型件的致密度、气孔率、显微组织性能、尺寸精度及表面粗糙度等。原材料的开发是制约SLS技术发展的决定性因素。现在,国内外已成功研发出SLS原料主要有金属基粉末、陶瓷基粉末、高分子基粉末材料等。本文对几种主要的粉末材料进行比较和分析,阐述了成型材料的特点及国内外研究现状,并对SLS材料的发展前景进行展望。
Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) is an important branch of additive manufacturing technology. Selective laser sintering of raw materials used to determine the success or failure of the SLS process the most fundamental factor affecting the molding parts of the density, porosity, microstructure, dimensional accuracy and surface roughness. The development of raw materials is the decisive factor restricting the development of SLS technology. Now, at home and abroad have successfully developed SLS raw materials are mainly metal-based powder, ceramic-based powder, polymer-based powder materials. This paper compares and analyzes several main powder materials, expounds the characteristics of the molding materials and the research status at home and abroad, and prospects the development of SLS materials.
