目的:探讨沟通技巧在门诊护理工作中的应用效果.方法:我院于2016年1月1日起,统一组织门诊护士参加沟通能力的培训,将此前150例门诊患者作为对照组,将此后150例门诊患者作为观察组,比较两组患者的护理满意度.结果:对照组护理满意度69.33%(104/150),观察组96.67%(145/150)(P<0.05).结论:在门诊护理工作中采用恰当的沟通技巧,有助于建立相互信任、理解、尊重的护患关系,拉近护患距离,让患者对医院的医疗水平充满信心,减少医疗纠纷.,Objective:to explore the application effect of communication skills in outpatient nursing.Methods:from January 1,2016,the outpatient nurses in our hospital participated in the training of communication ability.150 outpatients were taken as the control group and 150 outpatients as the observation group.The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared.Results:the nursing satisfaction of the control group was 69.33/104/150,and the observation group 96.6767/150/145(P<0.05).Conclusion:proper communication skills in outpatient nursing work can help to build mutual trust,understanding and respect.The relationship between nurses and patients,the distance between nurses and patients,the patients’ confidence in the hospital’s medical level,and the reduction of medical disputes.
