任何一个教师,无论他的教龄多少,都要经过多种途径和方法对教学进行反思。特别是小学数学教师,在如今提倡培养学生核心素养的同时更要改变以往的反思模式。要抓住学科本质,做深度反思,通过有效的反思与创新的教学手段相结合来提高课堂的效益,促进学生的发展。因此我们要不断地提升教师个人的专业素养,从而实现数学教育最优化。
Any one teacher, no matter how many years of his teaching, has to go through a variety of ways and methods of teaching reflection. In particular, primary school mathematics teachers, while advocating the cultivation of students’ core literacy, must also change their previous reflection mode. It is necessary to grasp the nature of the discipline, do a deep reflection, improve the efficiency of the classroom through the combination of effective reflection and innovative teaching methods, and promote the development of students. Therefore, we must continue to improve the professional qualities of teachers in order to optimize math education.
