As the saying goes: There is a law but there is no way to teach. In fact, education is even more so. Nowadays, when implementing quality education, primary and secondary schools generally advocate education of “appreciating” and think that good children are “boastful”. Cultivating children by encouraging ways is an effective way of education. However, While promoting recognition, reward and appreciation, we should not neglect the positive role of punishment in education. Markelianke, a former Soviet educator, said: “A reasonable punishment system is not only legal but also necessary. A reasonable punishment system helps to form a strong character and foster students’ ability to resist temptation and overcome temptation.” "Educational practice shows that education without punishment is incomplete education. Punishment is a double-edged sword. It is a dangerous and difficult educational skill. If it does not get good, it will hurt people. It must vary from person to person, and must be timely and modest. Penalties need to be more respect and trust, with special care for each other’s sake, take into account each other’s tolerance and dignity, do not embarrass each other. The premise of education is understanding, the premise of understanding is respect, can not be the characteristics of students (children) as shortcomings. How to implement punishment education?
