本文首次利用傅里叶交换红外光谱法和变温附件动态跟踪了聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PHAs)的热变性过程。红外光谱的特征吸收表明:PHB在25℃—220℃范围内的热变性过程是一个物理变化过程,其过程可逆。PHOD类似橡胶的物化性能,使其在25℃—225℃区间内没有相态的变化。该方法快速、准确,可进行样品的动态跟踪。
In this paper, the thermal denaturation of polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHAs) was first dynamically tracked using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and temperature-dependent attachments. The characteristic absorption of infrared spectrum shows that the thermal denaturation process of PHB in the range of 25 ℃ to 220 ℃ is a physical change process, and its process is reversible. PHOD rubber-like physical and chemical properties, making it in the 25 ℃ -225 ℃ interval no phase change. The method is fast and accurate, and can dynamically track samples.
